No till and organic growing are two different things. However there are similarities. Both systems have a healthy crop rotation and many cover crops. In min/no till the farmer uses pesticides but often in a different way than in the tilled system. There are several organic growers who are looking into which parts of no till systems that can be implemented in the organic system and vice versa.
