Hans Henrik has a lifetime of experience with farming and runs his own farm in Denmark, which he farms according to regenerative principles. He has more than twenty years of experience with agronomy consulting in Denmark and the Baltics. He is passionate about inspiring his clients to see new possibilities and develop their businesses. He is motivated by helping his clients improve and seeing them succeed.

Frederik Vilhelm Larsen

Agronomy consultant

Frederik has worked with farming his whole life and has many years of practical experience with agriculture from both Denmark and abroad which has given him a broad perspective on global farming. He is an expert in no-till farming and regenerative principles and has been a part of developing Agroganic’s online consulting program.

Kristian works with large scale farm consulting in Denmark and the Baltics. He has a strong practical profile and has a decade of experience with day to day farm management and regenerative crop production consulting. He is passionate about helping farmers grow excellent crops with as little input as possible. He is motivated by client relations and seeing his clients succeed.

David H. Dresen

Agronomy consultant

David works with large-scale regenerative farming in Denmark and the Baltics. He has many years of experience from Latvia where he was in charge of management at a 3000 ha property. He is passionate about minimizing input without compromising yields. It fascinates him that it’s possible to work less and have a lower input while maintaining yields.

Jeppe has many years of practical experience with large scale farming in Estonia where he was in charge of management of fields and machinery at a 2000 ha property. Experiencing the rich nature in the Baltics inspired him to think of ways farming could be brought back in harmony with nature while still having profitable farming. He is an expert at optimizing operations on large scale agribusinesses and helping farmers improve their practice.
